Refund Policy

This policy covers the digital and coaching products sold on maxyourheight.com.

The Height Maxxing Blueprint (digital download)

If the Blueprint isn't useful to you, email me within 7 days of purchase and I'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason and you don't need to return anything — it's a digital file.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

1-on-1 Height Maxxing Assessment (45-minute call)

Before the call: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. Inside 24 hours, I can reschedule you once at no charge.

No-shows: if you don't attend and haven't given notice, the session is treated as delivered and is not refundable. Message me if something genuinely went wrong — I'd rather reschedule you than keep money for a call that didn't happen.

After the call: because the session is delivered live and personalised, completed calls are not refundable. If you feel the call didn't deliver what was promised, email me and I'll make it right.

Age

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should make the purchase and be present for any coaching call. If a purchase was made by a minor without a guardian's knowledge, contact me and I will refund it.

How to request a refund

Email me from the address you used at checkout, with your order number, via the contact page. I aim to reply within 2 business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country or state.
